Quality Group Cyprus – Court Freezing Order

On the 17th of November 2025 the Larnaca District Court issued interim freezing and disclosure orders to secure up to 3,000,000€.

This decision centered around the defendants (Savvas Kakos and Quality Group affiliated Companies) failing to pay 3,500,000€ under a shared sale agreement linked to the Q3 project. Full judgement in Greek and a translated English version attached.

Every week more and more stories emerge and shed light on the grievous fraudulent operations of Quality Group Cyprus and Savvas Kakos within the Cypriot market. Their activities are not only a risk to individual buyers, but a real danger to the reputation and legal security of the Republic of Cyprus as a whole!! this pattern is impossible to ignore and must be addressed immediately and in accordance with the severity of their actions!
